No hard sell from initial visit- which I was grateful for although the visit literally took 5 minutes. We wanted a product (sliding sash windows) that would have to be ordered from another supplier so there were no pictures and only one small sample in the showroom. We had to take a leap of faith and hope that the windows, the finish and the colour matched up to expectations. I was anxious that we didn't really get an idea of what the house would look like. However, I was not disappointed. For the price (far far cheaper than a period window specialist) and equal to the nearest competitor, I was delighted! The fitters were quick, efficient and tidy. The work left significant plaster damage which could not be helped. Free of charge, a contracted plasterer arrived the following week and worked hard to leave a fantastic finish. The windows are everything I dreamed about and have transformed the house. The retro sash style looks like the real thing and the wood grain finish fools everyone; no one can tell if the windows are real wood or upvc. We would definitely recommend the company and are already saving up to have the same company quote us for a rear porch/orangery.

Tradesmen were excellent with an amazing finish, communication/accounts didnt meet the same standards.

Overall good value and good product. Only messy plumber and schedule not being fully adhered to in timely fashion let it down slightly. Regardless we would recommend to others and consider for future work.

The wrong obscure glass pattern was supplied, so either the workshop ordered the wrong pattern, or the glass supplier was at fault. No problem in arranging for it to be corrected. Very impressed with the care taken by the fitters in removing the old fittings. No damage to existing plaster/tiling. Also impressed with the care taken in finishing off the new installation.

Poor scores due to after sales service and lack of interest in resolving mix up with wrong glass.

It seems as though the situation of the ceiling windows were put in based on first drawings and not the final drawing. They said they would not fit the other way round - I don't this to be the case.

Still waiting for 2 small problems to be sorted out!
