5 star Workmen 1 star customer service
Every one of the teams involved in the Building work were 1st class in their conduct, professionalism, and finished work, including the "snag" man. We are delighted at the build.
However we were very disappointed in the attitude of the customer service we received. It seems like the customer is always wrong unless proved otherwise. I suggest certain members are put on a customer service course.
Also, I would like to know why the "Test Dig" (if one was carried out!) didn't reveal the extra work and cost involved before work commenced.

The lads who came were fantastic...
Start date was delayed by a week,but was informed by company,brick work and base no issues with,the lads who came were fantastic no issues with them,got on with the work and was also very friendly to chat to.
Work started no problem with the frame,on inspection frames were not level but was rectified with no hassle.Window frame were chipped but was replaced befor signed off.
Even tho we had a few issues these were dealt with promptly.
Overall finish is lovely and hope for many years of enjoyment in our new conservatory.

After door had been fitted got the call for money...
After door had been fitted got the call for money same day, could have asked if all okay with product and service. Bit of a hurry to get the money.

I have to add that my disappointment in the process as been with the office based staff. One person in particular. She is rude, obnoxious and totally unaware of how to treat people, never mind customers.
This incident nearly cause me to cancel my order and should be addressed.
My work has been completed, and I am happy with the work, I do feel that I was not given enough time to inspect the work before having to complete the satisfaction note that was given to me by the guys who had done the work? If there was anything wrong I would have been apprehensive to address this being a woman on my own.
