Surveyor Niel came out the second time to remeasure due to us changing the base slightly.
Already have put your windows and conservatory in our other house and would recommend you again.

The sales rep was friendly and polite and did not put me under any pressure to make an order. Putting pressure on potential customers to make an order will usually backfire. The surveyor and fitting crew were also very professional and efficient. I feel that I have received a quality product at a reasonable price with the least amount of fuss and disruption.

They had to come twice - toughened Glass not...
They had to come twice - toughened Glass not available at agreed fitting date. Also incorrect fitting to one upper window - not easy clean, had to be replaced.

Did not receive call to say time changed - fitters...
Did not receive call to say time changed - fitters 5 hours late. Door damaged, ook 6 calls for someone to ring me.
