Review content may be used on both websites and social media, should the corresponding boxes be checked. You can also exercise the right to have reviews taken down at any point by using the ‘contact us’ function built into the website.

Please note that, by posting any information in any publicly accessible area of the review site, such information may be viewed and collected by third parties over which we have no control. We are not accountable for the use of said information by such third parties. Please therefore exercise all due care and consideration before disclosing any Information that will be accessible on public areas. It should be noted though, that only the users name will be disclosed in conjunction with the review, no other information will be shared.

We do not have any control over the websites of any other company outside Network Reviews. If you click on a link on our site that takes you to another website we cannot be held responsible for your privacy when you are on that website.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?

You can request access to all the information that we collect online and maintain in our database by contacting us utilising the ”contact us” function on the site.

How Can You Remove Your Information?

You may request that all personal information (such as name or email address) is completely and permanently removed from our service / systems at any time.  Again, please use the ‘contact us’ function to do so. Please note, contacting us in this regard would result in the review being permanently removed from the site.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018 ‘Right for Information’ – you are entitled at any time to:

  • be informed about the processing of your personal data
  • rectification if your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete (requests to amend data will be processed within one month)

  • be forgotten by having your personal data deleted or removed on request where there is no compelling reason for Network Reviews to continue to process it (requests to have your data deleted will be processed within one month)
