My name is Tony Hession and I have corresponded with the MD of WEST YORKSHIRE WINDOWS and his accounts and installation team regarding poor management.
They are in breach of contract by not providing goods and services they WERE contracted to.
If you do not have any constructional knowledge DO NO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT with this company!!

If you want windows that let in water then I recommend this company, we had a solid roof put on our conservatory and they had to fit a frame and new window above the patio doors. First time it rained water came in they came out and bad mouthed the first installers then allegedly put it right. We’ve had them back 3 times before the leaks were fixed “we hope”.
Unfortunately the water ingress caused damage to shutters and lifted the flooring I pointed this out to WYW and they refuse to except responsibility for the damage. First excuse I should have informed them earlier I pointed out I did, Second excuse it was an “act of god” I pointed out it was an act of poor workmanship. Third excuse it was suggested I should have kept a visual on the work they carried out in case it wasn’t fit for purpose in so many words.
As I’ve said if you want windows that do not keep out the elements then this is the firm for you.

I would not recommend this company under any circumstance, rude and unprofessional. Their customer installation team are non existent and are not interested in any complaints.
