I was disappointed that the company - or original representative - didn't call or email us immediately after the job was done to ask if all went well. That would be better customer care and give the feeling that our business (at £5k+) is worth something. I'll need to call to ask them to fix a TV aerial wire that was left hanging instead of being reconnected to the brickwork.
