Having used West Yorkshire Windows several times and spent many thousands of pounds I have found the last installation very poor. Damage caused, plasterer arranged to repair didnt turn up.I had to chase, numerous phone calls, several days off work, totally inconvenienced. Steve tells me they ran over on a job. When the plasterer finally came he tells me he was never going to be coming as was at a funeral so basically I had been fobbed off. I complained to no avail was just told sorry these things happen. The final guy who came to do the trim even named the fitters having looked at the poor work they’d done. That’s some reputation they have. Pretty much feel that despite any loyalty I have had by being a returning customer they are just interested in taking your money. No gesture of goodwill for the two weeks of inconvenience. Within 3 minutes of it being finished steve phoned to say balance due. Wasn’t as quick to phone me to say we are not coming today as arranged. Very disappointed on this occasion and with just a little better customer service and understanding they could have made it so different.

All was good until signed on dotted line the service was shocking. No where big enough to write how disappointed we were with this whole process. Shocking!!!

Disastrous from start to end. 2-week job turned into 3 months by management incompetence - no communication, lack of promise-keeping,errors in design. Ruined our summer!

Totally shambolic from start to finish. Took four attempts to build with conflicting opinions from workman and poor and unsympathetic communication from office. Only got constructed at the last resort when the 'A team' turned up. Very unprofessional and a disappointing and stressful experience.

Very over priced for the product we had installed.
