    Very good workmanship

    We recently had a replacement conservatory fitted including a new flooring. The workmanship throughout was very good and the work staff friendly who informed us of what they were doing as the job went along. The only let down and for not marking five stars was the office admin and ordering. There we a couple of date changes and a couple of finishing strips were ordered wrongly (twice) and the fitter had to come back again. I think the office admin need to sharpen up as they are letting the side down!
    However, I would probably still recommend West Yorkshire Windows.

    The fitting team were great. They worked extremely hard to get the job done in a day and we were delighted with the quality of their work. We'll definitely be getting quotes from West Yorkshire Windows for future work.

    Communication from WYW was the worst part:- I had a contract schedule but that was changed. I received an invoice for Building Regs which I shouldn't have. An Email from me was not replied to! The workmanship and end product was excellent, you just need to focus more on keeping the customer informed
