Fitting team in May 2013 were excellent. Fitting team in May 2015 were the opposite.

Took longer than schedule. Paid £300 for building regs and not received a certificate saying footings were ok. Not informed on 2 occasions someone was coming out to work. Not received confirmation of payment showing final payment and balance nil. Asked for instructions for velux roof windows

We contacted West Yorkshire windows for a quote in March The team who came and fitted our windows and doors on 1st may where excellent. They did not stop working, they took different lunch breaks so that the job never stopped. A very proffessional team and very efficeint service I will definately reccommend West yorkshire windows to friends and family.

Everything was great, then our gate was damaged removing the skip. When office informed, he said he couldn't see any damage!

The only issues we had with what is otherwise a very good job are:- The manner in which the base builders went about wanting their payment. I think that they could have made it clear when they would be complete and expect their money. The overall project management and communication I thought was poor and had it not been for the fact that i worked close to home and could work from home at times then the last minute appointments would have been an issue. The main issue for us it the slip up along the process that meant we an't fully open one of the french doors to the kitchen. Now that we are all set up and furniture in we don't want to set things back trying to redo work now.
