Work should have been completed in 3-4 days. Had to complain about snagging jobs, plasterer not completed until 3-4 week after installation. Not impressed.

Windows good, conservatory roof poor. many problems with roof- 1st, wrong roof, 2nd, poor finish. Job started on 23rd Nov 2015 it is now 21st Dec,still not a good finish.

Very Disappointed. Front door...
Very Disappointed.
Front door arrived with no letterbox or number. Door left with gap under door ( light was visible on porch floor!!) Various unsuccessful visits to fix issues. We had to take two half days holiday off work plus early visits to get the door sorted. Then immediate demands for payment in full.

We were advised when we signed the contract, that West Yorkshire Windows would manage the whole project, including the various sub-contractors involved in the installation. This was poorly organised and in most cases we had to deal with the sub-contractors directly to arrange dates and access
The quote for additional landscaping we requested was too low, according to the builders, who were committed to carrying out this work, as they had not been involved in producing the quote. Once the work was started, no attempt to discuss this on site with us and the builders was made by West Yorkshire Windows to address this. We did receive several phone calls requesting us to release more funds to cover the shortfall, which we did do, but it would have been far more constructive to have met up with us and the builders onsite to discuss this and agree a solution
Overall we are very happy with the end result and the quality of the whole package, but not very happy about the communication and organisation during the installation

Many problems, due to sloppy work, requiring 4 follow up visits. - Not very cost effective. If the work had been done and checked thoroughly at installation.

No overlap left on sill to patio door sill...
No overlap left on sill to patio door sill replaced but not a single apology! Colin Mccabe should have at the very minimum called to discuss and apologise but there was nothing! Decorators caulk used on the exterior - still wet after 2 weeks!

Poor quality of customer service. The Conservatory was left damaged. When I complained i was told they would come out and fix it, I explained i was no longer confident in their work and did not want them to come back, I was "forced" to pay outstanding amount otherwise would not receive my guarantee.

Although I am delighted with the finished product....
Although I am delighted with the finished product. I would never deal with West Yorkshire Windows again, their communication and customer service skills are appalling.
