Very dissapointed with the service we received. It started well with the initial salesman (Eric) who was very thorough but from there it was down hill. The builders/fitters and other tradesmen didn't seem to have any knowledge of how we had requested the conservatory to be built. A brick column was missed as the details had not been passed on by the surveyor, the glass in the door and one of the windows was wrong, the door locks were wrong. The plasterer didn't know that we had requested an arch between the kitchen and the conservatory and thus this didn't get done. The builders had left a large pile of bricks in a shared alley way used by 3 of my neighbours. I called to have these removed and was told somebody would be round to move them. 2 weeks later they were moved. When we discovered a leak once the structure was complete, it took 2 weeks to get somebody out to look into it even though I was told a day and time on 3 occasions that somebody would call round only for nobody to show up (after I had finished work early to ensure I would be home). When we discovered that some of the windows hadn't been sealed, I made 3 phone calls over 3 days and was told each time that I would receive a call back. It's now a week later and I haven't had a call. Awful service. It seems once they have received the majority of the payment, they are no longer interested in helping their customers. I would not use this company again and would definitely not recommended them.

Follow up service to sort out, I am still waiting for the FENSA certificate 5 weeks after installation and still need the service department to sort a fault.

Took far longer than it should have. Inaccurate timescales didn't manage expectations and finished slow. Plasterer extended work to full time and could have done more to give complete finish . Interested in extra cash, excellent electrician.

Me and my partner were really impressed with the non-pushy sales process. A special mention to Dave Garrad who visited our property. He conducted himself very professionally and was more interested in our particular needs rather than the desire to make a few quid to cover botox injections (a rival company). The installation was a bit of a nightmare which resulted in many problems for us. However, these issues were fully rectified in the end and a full apology was given. Would recommend but be wary of contracted fitters!
