Poor communication, sales team forgot to tell...
Poor communication, sales team forgot to tell surveyor to see us and so we had to chase it up causing problems with our kitchen refurb tradesmen. Plasterers work very poor, fitters for front door CBA to ensure job done to a decent standard = rushing to get another job as our fitting had been "dumped" on them last minute due to the product not being ready from manufacturer.

had to make 3 visits to replace door handle. glass...
had to make 3 visits to replace door handle. glass pattern on 2 windows wrong. had to come back to replace. pushed for payment but guarantee not sent until a month later.

Given quote which salesman initially refused to honour. Only after ringing manager at head office was the matter resolved. Good product and fitters though.

The builders let the job down by trying to cut...
The builders let the job down by trying to cut corners. The rest of the installation seemed to be rushed to get it done i.e plasterers, the floor.

Date of installation got changed x3. Wrong frame...
Date of installation got changed x3. Wrong frame size ordered. Wanted 2/52 for new one with an incomplete room. Broken edging covered up with silicone sealant. Poor finish to work. No communication from sales/production about why conservatory was left not complete + wrong size frame. Piece of paper stuck on window only communication. Rude, patronising manner of Peter in customer services. Very disappointing as used WYW for my door + windows before and had excellent service + installation + product. This however was terrible.

Myriad of problems from surveying stage onwards....
Myriad of problems from surveying stage onwards. Still not resolved. Awaiting a call back. Less responsive now the bill has been paid. Wouldn't recommend at the moment.
