Good choices for fit and finish of windows, and the installation was quick and spot on. Only criticisms are that at times it felt a little rushed (for example, during the survey new decisions arose and it felt like they needed to be made that second to prevent delay - would have preferred to have reviewed options overnight before giving final signoff on contract). Also would have preferred to be able to access more technical information about the features of the windows and frames online before purchase. Overall, was able to satisfy these points over the phone, and was very happy with the installation and finished product. Would use again.

The project involved the installation of 22...
The project involved the installation of 22 windows (most of them to the A+ specification), 2 composite doors and a 3 section bifold door in a 25 year old house. Good communications during the installation process allowed queries to be addressed promptly. However, there are opportunities to ensure that all elements of the specification agreed at the point of order are included in the installed products.

Too long a time from signing up to builder on...
Too long a time from signing up to builder on site. Builder looking after too many other jobs. Plasterer and Electrician- Very Good. Signed up 3rd Aug - Just complete today 14th Dec. We cannot use conservatory- still drying out.

Paul in the showroom was fantastic to deal with. Even when we kept changing our mind about what we wanted he was patient and always happy to help. He showed us the different choices of windows and advised us perfectly without pushing us in one way or another. There were no pushy sales tactics at all which is partly why we chose Orion over other companies!!
The window fitters were polite and professional and did a fantastic job- very neat.
I really appreciated Jeff's daily telephone calls to check how the installation was going.
I would definitely recommend Orion Windows to anyone.

We really like the products we bought, very easy sliding. Bi-fold had to come back + refit both sets.

Great overall experience for replacement of all windows and doors. Great quality product that looks good. Staff were helpful and friendly and the installers did a great job.
