I found the selling experience very easy, no hint of ‘deals’ just helpful advice and a very useful catalogue. Valued not having to pay a deposit, a plus. Very accommodating regarding the organization of the Installation. Unfortunately the fitters were late, did not arrive until 10.15, which was an issue as I had a medical appointment for the afternoon. The fitters did tidy up and made sure I knew how the lock worked.
Overall I would be happy to recommend Orion windows.

Orion fitted the windows well. The fitters were considerate & well mannered. Two of glass panels need to be replaced as they have marks on them but Orion agreed to replace them without any hassle. As a general point, the fitters need to be more careful as to where they allow silicon to go as it can make the subsequent tidying up more difficult - it was on one of the walls several inches away from the frame.

has 2 reature doors fitted, 1 bifold and 1 patio door. Both look great, fitting was quick and efficient, just a minor hiccup with the final seals but Orion to return and rectify. Good.

Had bi-folds and patio doors fitted, as we had previously had a conservatory from Orion many years ago.
They didnt take long to install, and look great. Minor hiccup with the finishing sealing in, but otherwise good.

Quote, measurement, installation very professional, smooth and the guys just got on with their job and cleaned up afterwards.  Extremely pleased with finished product.  Then....I had a problem with working the door lock.....this dampened the whole experience....the office staff couldn't advise/didn't log my call/didn't follow through.  After 3 days, a friend helped me out.  

It was very easy to arrange, the surveyor came and took details. Orion were friendly and informative, the date was selected for the fitting and it happened on time. When a different coloured door was provided, I was given a compensatory discount. The door I have looks lovely and very secure. The door fitter was pleasant and fast working with a great taste in music!

Prompt quote and visit made. Assessor was very efficient and on time.
Fitters worked hard to get the job done in one day. Apparently it was not an easy job. Dust sheets were put down. One window pane cracked in transit but this was replaced. On the negative side was the smell of some super glue used on the inside sill which took a couple of weeks to completely dissipate.
I am very pleased with the new windows which have made a huge improvement to the bedrooms, and give much better insulation and ventilation. In the picture it is just the windows not the surrounds fitted.

Very pleased with final result. A few bumps in the road to get there and snagging took a while to get completed which was frustrating. COVID, and the poor winter weather made the timeline to get started and completed longer than we would have liked but to be fair these were outside of Orion’s control. It was helpful having Orion take responsibility for the overall project including the planning application, although they were let down at times by the lack of communication by their subcontractors which meant we had to do some chasing. Having many years experience in the construction industry did help in agreeing onsite queries and understanding the processes being carried out, but it would not have been essential.

The door was installed with incorrect glass ordered. New glass was chased up by myself as no contact from orion. Now sorted.

Despite the delays due to an unexpected global pandemic, the installation process and follow up visits to complete the conservatory were great. very happy.
