Over the years Orion Windows have grown to become the area’s leading installer in Yorkshire, boasting an impressive showroom with conservatories, orangeries & solid roofs on display and with additional window and door displays.     Expected installation date did not happen. Called...

    Expected installation date did not happen. Called to say doors hadn't arrived so couldn't fit. Then called to say they had arrived and would fit PM. Then someone else called to say they hadn't arrived so couldn't fit.

    Four windows had to be replaced, due to one having 1" piece of rubber shocking up inside the glazing and three windows due to the windows being dirty and having marks inside.

    Suppose to be seamless and stress free. I can assure you it was non of the above. Took 7 weeks to complete nearly demolishing a bedroom.

    Initial meeting with sales rep at my house was very good - to the point, and with a no-nonsense approach - no needless selling of items I did not require. Installation was fast and hassle-free. Workers tidied up after themselves, although there were a few niggles I only noticed after they were gone - some holes in plasterwork around new door frame which I would have imagined they should have finished. (No major worries, as I had the tools to hand to do it myself, but still...)

    Orion's window + door were excellent and well...

    Orion's window + door were excellent and well fitted. However - the builder who did the prepatory work was appalling and made a huge mess to the front and back of our home. We refused to pay the bill until it was cleared up.

    We've used Orion before & were well...

    We've used Orion before & were well pleased which is why we chose them again. The only reason they fell short on this occasion is because the installers caused minor damages / losses & didn't say anything or apologise to us before leaving 1. Broken tile 2. Damaged door frame 3. Missing screwdriver bit We know these things can happen but still a little disappointing. Given our overall experiences with Orion we would still recommend them.
