    Design stage was great but we felt out of the loop...

    Design stage was great but we felt out of the loop regarding lead time + it took longer than we expected. Once building started we did receive daily updates which we appreciated as we are currently living 60 miles away. For the future - offer complete package with heating and flooring to avoid having to source these ourselves + coordinate trades to each other.

    Issue with delivery. wrong glass on 2 occaisons....

    Issue with delivery. wrong glass on 2 occaisons. Poor cleaning up. Dirty carpets. Dirty Floor. Mess Outside.
