Wasnt aware it was an afternoon booking. So wasted morning waiting. Would be good if letter confirmed time when bill sent.

We asked for the whole house to be refitted with windows and on the day of installation we were told by the fitters that there was a window missing . So the sales man had missed it and the surveyor missed it. We were told the price for an extra window which were were quite angry about as we had agreed to have it done on the original quote. We decided to go ahead with it never the less. When the surveyor came to measure up at first he told me about a call he had had that day saying he had missed a window so I was suspicious that it happened regularly to get some extra money out of customers. They also tried to fob us off with two windows that had the sill width not within the specification. We were told the fit would take two days and it was dragged out to a week with the fitters turning up at ten and leaving at three. Saying all that we are pleased with the final finish of the job.

1. End product was very good however. 2. Process in getting there was quite stressful - unanswered phone calls - fitters late without letting us know.

I am very please with my new window and door to the garage I know garages are generally just concrete floors, however, I do have floor covering in areas of mine. Although some of the mess had been swept up, I would have liked a better clean up job and things put back as they had found them. I would suggest maybe the company to provide an industrial hoover where brick dust and small rubble could be cleared up and things left in a cleaner manner. It would make me hesitant to having internal doors and windows replaced wondering if there would be as much mess. other than this, they did really well.
