no problem with actual installation, however, after sales service not so good. Fitters did not have correct colour of end caps, so fitted white (instead of brown) with a promise that Orion would be in touch to rectify. Despite a after sales telephone call from Orion when this was pointed out (as well as the fitter making a note), it has taken a call from me two weeks later, to arrange replacements. Also, length of time taken from discussing with sales and placing order to actual installation was 6 months, way longer than envisaged.

Overall excellent doors fitted. Very pleased from start to finish. My only wish is that I wanted a door knocker, but I didn't like the one choice you have.

All workmen were efficient & courteous....
All workmen were efficient & courteous. Brickwork- quality of bricks were poor, office staff not very communicative and failed repeatably to call back when confronted with a query, always seemed that nobody of authority was available to deal with a problem.

All went well until glass was wrong size bosses on roof were wrong what should have taken 1.5 days has so far taken 8 weeks! and still not finished I have been to showroom but no one has come out to reassure me or take any interest.

Only disappointment is that their (Orion)...
Only disappointment is that their (Orion) generated computer image of the cram frame is so much darker than the actual frame. Very misguiding and costly.

This was 2nd time I have used Orion and once again...
This was 2nd time I have used Orion and once again I was more than satisfied with the whole procedure. Everyone connected with Orion was polite, friendly and efficient. The fitters were friendly and pleasant to have in the house and appeared to work harmoniously. The salesman, surveyor and fitters all appeared at their promised times. The follow-up telephone call was most appreciated.
I will definitely recommend Orion to others.

Replace all windows in UPVC, 2 composite doors, plus large aluminium sliding patio doors.
Window and door installation excellent. Patio door, provided by another company, was faulty. Sent for replacement, brought to install and found faulty. Brought again, workman found it faulty and suspected same door brought again. Workmen came to install good door, and did not know how to intsall it. Finally installed by workmen who knew how to install it.

Began process in June - Start date last week of...
Began process in June - Start date last week of October, although estimated between 6-8 weeks. All trades people excellent. Company Management, communication, very poor.
