I needed to replace a small wooden verandah on the back of my house and opted for a upvc replacement with french doors. The whole experience from start to finish was first rate. From initial enquiries in the showroom, through to advice and options from Mike the designer, then Keith the surveyor, and Paul and John the fitters, everything was dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Every single member of staff, in office; to the whole team in completing the build, were polite, punctual in meeting dates/times as well as the general organisation of the whole product. Everything just flowed. Alan firstly came out to plan the product where he went through everything from door handles to glass colourings. Marcus kept checking in to make sure the site was running to plan. Kayleigh in the office kept in touch via email and made sure any questions I had were answered and she kept a tight eye on dates, times and organisation of workmen coming to ensure it all flowed! The workmen just got on with the job, with very little disruption to our busy household. They cleared up and worked in a tidy environment. Very impressed with the service of the whole project to even the final clean down! We shall recommend to everyone who is or isn’t in need of a conservatory!
