    I would highly recommend 5 star. I had a new back door fitted and everything went smoothly. Everything was explained to me , everything was provided in writing, I felt completely confident with 5star from the initial meeting in the showroom to the day of having the door fitted.

    Twice we have had to wait for roof glass to be...

    Twice we have had to wait for roof glass to be measured correctly, 5 Star said it was the manufacturers fault which has put us off because of constant delays won't recommend or use again. Job started really well but still not finished July 22nd.

    I needed to replace a small wooden verandah on the...

    I needed to replace a small wooden verandah on the back of my house and opted for a upvc replacement with french doors. The whole experience from start to finish was first rate. From initial enquiries in the showroom, through to advice and options from Mike the designer, then Keith the surveyor, and Paul and John the fitters, everything was dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner. Very pleased with the end result and glad I went with 5 Star
