Great initial contact and providing of design ideas. Workmen were prompt and polite. Worked extremely hard and completed earlier than expected. 4 stars in some areas as I feel they were so focussed on the job that maybe more care could have been taken regarding customer carpets etc. Maybe we should have cleared and covered more in advance...recommendation regarding this would have been useful. Having said that I would have no hesitation in recommending 5 star as the overall experience was very good. A couple of minor issues following installation were rectified quickly and efficiently.

I would highly recommend 5 star. I had a new back door fitted and everything went smoothly. Everything was explained to me , everything was provided in writing, I felt completely confident with 5star from the initial meeting in the showroom to the day of having the door fitted.

Twice we have had to wait for roof glass to be measured correctly, 5 Star said it was the manufacturers fault which has put us off because of constant delays won't recommend or use again. Job started really well but still not finished July 22nd.

We are delighted with the final result, the service during the specification phase and the attitude, helpfulness and professionalism of the installation team. We would not hesitate to recommend 5 Star.
