Very good company to deal with, reliable and very helpful. The installation was carried out to a high standard and was left very clean and tidy. The fitter and salesman were both very friendly and real people. I highly recommend five star, you get what you pay for and only worth doing it once with the right company. Thank you.

Individual contractors were excellent but...
Individual contractors were excellent but communication of issues between the various stages was lacking which left us to chase up. However Kayleigh always responded quickly and efficiently.

Great initial contact and providing of design ideas.
Workmen were prompt and polite. Worked extremely hard and completed earlier than expected.
4 stars in some areas as I feel they were so focussed on the job that maybe more care could have been taken regarding customer carpets etc. Maybe we should have cleared and covered more in advance...recommendation regarding this would have been useful.
Having said that I would have no hesitation in recommending 5 star as the overall experience was very good.
A couple of minor issues following installation were rectified quickly and efficiently.
