The biggest disappointment with 5 Star is their office communication even accepting the installation was put on hold due to Covid 19 the update from the operations department was a shambles. So bad I even drafted an email letter for them to simp!y fill in a few dates and return back. I never felt I was the customer and received a 1 star service whilst my orangerie was left unfinished. To many times I had to initiate contact and was let down on most occasions. Not a good experience, although the contractors did a good job this was a very stressful time caused mainly by the office contact so unless this is considerably improved I could not recommend 5 Star.

The installation was delayed initially due to lcokdown but took place as soon as safe to do so. Better communication on the fitting date re: installers arrival time would have made the experience truly excellent.

I went into the show room and the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. I went to have a look around and there were different variety of items which was good. The staff never pressured me into anything they were quiet laid back and gave me more than enough information for what I needed. Overall I am very happy with the service I recieved

Installers were excellent
replacement of glass roof to tiles. Communication from 5 Star was virtually non-existant, once deposit paid. No follow up to see if work was completed and happy with result. Installers were excellent, however.

We had a few minor problems in communication along the way, but whenever any issues were raised, the customer service response was excellent and we were happy with the solutions given. We were really pleased with the end result and will order windows from 5 star in the future. Thank you.

Having had all of my windows from 5 star and...
Having had all of my windows from 5 star and fitting them myself . It was the only place I visited to order the large window I required. The use of cad was valuable. Allowing me to select a design similar to others I had fitted . Looking at option gave me an opportunity to look at 3 variation l had in mind. The finished project was as expected based on my previous dealings with 5 star. The fitter applying finishing strip to enhance the finished product. I can only say he was professional in every respect , giving me no hesitation in recommending the works to other people .
