The whole process was very smooth and the fitting team went above and beyond, even noticing a problem with our front door (which had not been fitted by 5 Star) and staying on to fix it themselves!

I would certainly use the company again and the windows look and feel fabulous.

We were looking for a new front door, living in Kidderminter and we thought we would give 5 Star Windows a try. Well we had excellent service from start to finish by all the staff envolved with our order and insulation.
The guilty of the door was excellent and with the five thedead locks very secure.
The fitter who fitted our done a excellent job, very tidy and cleaned his mess up as he went along.

So easy to arrange. Sales rep visited with brochures. We chose the new door. The engineer then did a site inspection confirming measurements and our wishes. The fitter came at 9 am, removed the old front door and side windows , installed the new one . All finished and cleaned up by 12.30! Very straightforward . No hitches or problems. No redecoration needed. Lovely new double glazed white soundproof, windproof door.

Fitter was on time, friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently. I was VERY pleased with the end result. He explained several things about the workings of the new doors and how best to clean them. The old doors were taken away and the area left clean and tidy. Thank you

From the sales lady that came around to show us samples and take measurements, to admin, time-keeping, communication, workmanship and the product - what a pleasure. Everyone was helpful, keeping us in the loop. The work done done neatly and timeously. They delivered exactly what they advertise.

Really pleased with the finished conservatory, spending lots of time in there already and its still January! Good quality, very professional work from start to finish.

As always very pleasant surveyor and the window fitter.
Old window removed cleanly with no damage to surrounding wall and plaster and outside rendering. New window exactly as ordered was inserted and fixed and the whole job was first class. Does the job we ordered it for the room is now much warmer and the frame much easier to look after, no more painting.

We recently had new French windows fitted.
The whole process went about as smoothly as could be hoped, and the job was completed in less than a working day.
The fitter was pleasant and assiduous and very competent, and checked we were satisfied before he left.
The doors themselves are excellent and as described, and a huge improvement on the previous ones.

FIXER CAME ON THE DAY PLANNED AND FITTED THE UNITS AND MADE A GOOD JOB.
HE WAS VERY GOOD AND POLITE, AND CAME TO OUR BUNGALOW EARLIER THAN THE TIME GIVEN. GREAT.

We had a back door and 2 windows fitted. The fitters were very helpful and considerate. The service was wonderful, would strongly recommend!

5 Star recently replaed my large lounge window. The work was carried out carefully and efficiently, with the fittrs taking great care to restore the surrounds perfectly.

Arrived on time, replaced the old door for new and made a very good job of the installation. The new door looks great and no mess left behind, all in all we are very happy. The only niggle was the 5 star sign I found screwed to my fence without permission.
