A bit disappointed with communication at beginning of project when awaiting plans and people kept coming to measure (which made us a little uneasy). However, once the the project began the workman were really good and kept us well informed. The end result is lovely and made such a difference to the room - could not believe how warm the room is now.

The whole process was started and finished during a very difficult period during Covid-19 and everyone was very professional in their work and kept us fully informed with the work schedules.

Despite ours being a very difficult project - not least because of ongoing building work - the team accomodated our needs and actually had probably their longest job ever. Covid didnt help! Anyway, we are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend 5 Star.
