    I have to add that my disappointment in the...

    I have to add that my disappointment in the process as been with the office based staff. One person in particular. She is rude, obnoxious and totally unaware of how to treat people, never mind customers. This incident nearly cause me to cancel my order and should be addressed. My work has been completed, and I am happy with the work, I do feel that I was not given enough time to inspect the work before having to complete the satisfaction note that was given to me by the guys who had done the work? If there was anything wrong I would have been apprehensive to address this being a woman on my own. Thanks
