    From the very first meeting we had with West...

    From the very first meeting we had with West Yorkshire Windows we knew we would end up going with them. We'd had several quotes from other companies and felt like there was no personality, it was different with west yorkshire windows. James was very friendly and took the time to find out what we actually wanted. The whole process was seamless. Lee the builder was fantastic, turned up to work in all weather, and we had some horrendous days. There were no delays and we were informed at all times what was happening. Cant thank them enough.

    Ordered gold light fittings from the outset but...

    Ordered gold light fittings from the outset but the electrician rang on the morning of fitting to say he did not have gold, he could order but it would be the following week before he could fit them. Only a small niggle
