Very pleased with the two workmen I was allocated to fit my conservatory

Good except for things - totally underestimated time needed so ended up leaving job half done and not being able to confirm when they would return to finish. Also had to ask them to tidy up properly outside.

Generally speaking, the process from the initial salesman visit to the installation of the windows was good. The only problem that occured during the process was the fact that the salesman missed the cost of scaffolding from his initial quote (he had already noted that it would be required). This meant that following the site visit by the surveyor we were told that the price we had initially agreed was no longer valid and a significant additional cost would need to be added. Regarding the installation itself, the staff turned up early and began work straight away. I had been told that the job would take 2 days but they remained on site until the full job had been completed (meaning they completed approximately an 11hr shift). They must be commended for their work ethic. Aside from the issue mentioned above, the company were good to deal with and dealt with any questions/queries as required.

Sales advisor was great along with all the builders/installers that came to our property. Bad communication with the office as to when people would be at the property as a few times I was not aware when people were going to be turning up. Surveyor messed up his measurements which caused issues with the building work, I wasn't at the property when he came to measure out as he was late and failed to contact me!!

My Poor Commrnts below relate to the phone installation team. They were shocking! The 'workmen' were very good.
