Recent Installation of windows was a stress free process from getting a quote online, a thorough surveyor visit and then an efficient fitting. Good communication throughout from Rachael In the Installations team.
We have used WYW before - for a door and conservatory and they were always happy to come back out to sort out any minor niggles , so I am confident that in the unlikely event that we have problems then they will be able to resolve them .

I have used WYW on many occasions and have always been very satisfied with their workmanship, customer service (both at head office and with the on site teams) attention to detail and price.

Organised towards the end of the first lockdown via the Internet, and design finalised at the showroom once we were able. The project then started in August, the punctuality of all the workers was excellent and although a waste water pipe caused a bit of a hiccup, the whole project was completed in a timely manner.
Could not fault the workmen, all friendly, polite and worked within the Covid guidelines. The Office based support was also brilliant.
The completed extension is beautiful and the Gable end window is stunning.
Extremely pleased with the whole experience and outcome.

Excellent experience from start to finish

Start date was delayed by a week,but was informed by company,brick work and base no issues with,the lads who came were fantastic no issues with them,got on with the work and was also very friendly to chat to.
Work started no problem with the frame,on inspection frames were not level but was rectified with no hassle.Window frame were chipped but was replaced befor signed off.
Even tho we had a few issues these were dealt with promptly.
Overall finish is lovely and hope for many years of enjoyment in our new conservatory.
