The fitters were excellent. They arrived early and got on with the job expertly,efficiently and with professionalism. Answered any questions we had about fitting blinds to UPVC windows and even gave us a couple of screws.

On the whole we were pleased with the salesman, the ordering, measuring and the fitting date. The fitters were really efficient, neat,hardworking, polite and respectful.
We do love our windows but it's just a shame we found a couple of faults that we are still waiting for one of them to be put right.
At the bottom of the living room window farme was scraped, it was rough and some of the white was showing through the black painted frame. This has been painted black but it is rough (we can live with this).
The glass on the same window has a scratch on the outside that you can feel. We are getting a replacement for this in the future.
We had two doors fitted a few years ago and are very satisfied with doors which still look like new.

Your representative and surveyor were experienced...
Your representative and surveyor were experienced and very knowledgeable. Your installers were very experienced,skilled and hard working, leaving the the site clean and tidy but what really stood out about the two gentlemen who installed my new glass roof, both named Mark, was their refreshingly good and genuine people skills.
When I owned an installation company I prided myself on the training that I gave to my installers and representatives. I now find it difficult to accept some of the socially unaware, untrained people who turn up to work on my house so your people were like a breath of fresh air to me.
I would highly recommend your outstanding company to anyone. 'Top Marks'

We were impressed by the punctuality,politeness and hard work of all the workmen.
The quality of the conservatory and windows is excellent.
We were not impressed with some of the organisation,especially the 8 working days when no workmen were sent.

All workmen that came were friendly and...
All workmen that came were friendly and professional. They got the job done in extreme weather conditions, even the boss did his bit. I would highly recommend Visual to everybody. Thank you for a fantastic job.

One broken panel on delivery with another faulty,...
One broken panel on delivery with another faulty, broken panel quickly replaced but still waiting for replacement for the faulty unit.
Surveyor stood on conservatory roof and dislodged a roof panel. He said it wasn't his fault, and although I have complained to Visual I have met a brick wall, just not interested at all.
The young lad helping the installer - I would rather he had asked before using our bathroom for a wash and using my deodorant.
Good product spoilt by off hand service so at this time I would be unlikely to recommend Visual.

A hold up occurred mainly because of the roof...
A hold up occurred mainly because of the roof design however the company was keen to get the install correct so can understand, but the communication could and should have been better during the delay. However the finished Porch is excellent and must say the tradesmen were top class and a credit to all their trades. All materials used were of the highest standard , nothing was too much trouble for them very polite and friendly, Very pleased with the finished product and excellent value for the money paid.

Great fast response with a quote etc. Great salesman and fast turn around. However the quality of the fitting and the customer service at times (customer interaction) do not match this standard. Following the fitting some problems have become obvious. The fitting let the team down.

Impressed by most aspects of the service provided and very pleased with the finished product. Big projects in your own home are always unsettling but the impact was minimised by a considerate and careful crew. Very satisfied.

Overall end product is beautiful. Unfortunately my concerns about my sloping garden were largely dismissed. This became a problem when I couldn't open out the French doors toward the garden. The promise of no damage to my garden were also wrong as the mini digger churned up my lawn. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the builders and the sales team. The most disappointing aspect was the initial refusal to leave the garden and area around the orangerie in a suitable condition. In order to put this right I had to pay a builder myself to build a retaining wall and pathway. I eventually received a small contribution towards the cost.
I can't fault the actual build and we are delighted with the finished product.
