The salesman said that the build would take 2 to 3 weeks it actually took 11 weeks we were mislead at best

We had new windows fitted on the 6th October....
We had new windows fitted on the 6th October. Apart from the bathroom window the windows look great the quality is good.
Unfortunately we are very unhappy and disappointed with the look of the bathroom window. After the fitters fitted the window they replaced the lost pebble dashing but dashed over the plack sealer down the side of the window. from the outside the finish looks shabby and unfinished.
We have contacted the company and they sent the repair guy out. He will not come out anymore and says there is nothing he can do.
We are still waiting and still unhappy with just one finish to one window. We are embarrassed that Family and friends noticed the finish to the bathroom window straight away.

This project was started in March 2017 and was finally completed October 2017 . We were generally happy with the team but all the problems we had which were many have been sorted but could have been avoided with better communication and planning. This was very stressful for us, however we are happy with the final project and Visual did make an effort to put things right as soon as they could.

Project completed in an efficient manner after "misunderstanding" over type of side panels requested/fitted i.e. only plastic side panels supplied whereas understood would be of same material as door. Staff polite and punctual,pleased with overall effect.

Installation of replacement windows and door was done with speed [they hardly stopped] and workmanship was excellent. My window cleaner is most impressed!
Wished I had replaced them sooner and yes, would definitely recommend.
