Overall very happy with the windows and the service. The guy who came out to quote was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't give us the hard sale. He clearly was confident that the product and service was top quality (not in an arrogant way), and just let the objective facts speak for themselves. A very different experience from other companies we received quotes from who were pushy, derogatory of other companies and their products, and made wild claims about themselves that fell apart with one simple Google search.

This company earned my trust (no small feat) and they didn't disappoint. They installed 4 windows quickly and at a reasonable price (without scaffolding, despite what other companies said), and we were so happy with them that we got them back shortly afterwards to fit a 5th window that we had previously been on the fence about.

The only minor disappointment was the hassle of getting the FENSA certificate. I had to chase so many times, and then they issued certificates for the wrong number of windows, and I had to chase several times again to get it sorted. But I did get it sorted in the end. I wouldn't only deduct half a star if I could. As far as I'm concerned, the most important thing is the quality of the windows and the installation, and I'm very happy with them, so I would recommend this company.

Good quality products but installation was months rather than weeks. Needed a lot of chasing and had a long snagging list. The salesman told us that flooring was included but didn’t state that on the “contract “ so I had to find an additional trader to put that in at additional expense 

Great service, professional in every way. Had a new “self-clean” roof fitted to the existing conservatory over a week ago. Fitters were brilliant; friendly, efficient and never stopped. Work took 1.5 days and at the end of each day you wouldn’t know they’d been … cleared everything away professionally. The only minor issue is we thought we were getting an orangery from initial survey but this was not the case …. probably our misunderstanding ….. and wish we could stop bird droppings to one side as it does tend to spoil the effect!! The conservatory now though is a lot warmer and quieter in the rain; more comfortable to sit in. Would definitely recommend. Thanks

From the initial survey to the finished job, the service was excellent. the fitting staff arrived bang on time and completed the work in the alloted time scale. The door looked fantastic when fitted. Staff were polite and tidied up on completion. The only criticism was a misunderstanding over the fitting of a flood door to the frame. We were led to believe that this was do-able but the fitters said it wasn't. That aside, no problems at all.

Two large windows and one small, plus a new front door. Designer suggested cladding for roof which I'm pleased I accepted. Excellent finish quick and efficient fitting.Very good company called me and kept to commitments they had made.

We had new black windows fitted at the beginning of October. We love our black windows the quality is really good and they look brilliant. The fitters were were committed to making a good job.They were reliable, hard working, polite and even did a good job cleaning the windows after fitting. We did have a long wait t rectify a problem but this is now done and we are thoroughly satisfied with the end product.

Pleased with their performance, intend to order further work from them shortly.

Second project within a few weeks. Excellent all round once again. This time for fascias and gutters.

From the initial start day everything went as planned. Each team were professional, punctual, polite & worked to the plan timescale. There were no delays between one team finishing & another starting which can be a problem in the building trade. It is good to say that we are extremely pleased with the finished Orangery & would recommend your company to anybody.
