Beware of small print
The actual workmen were fantastic. I’m not going into a long review but for over £20k I have a water feature not a conservatory attached to my house. Despite their claims they have offered a resolution they have not and I have written correspondence from them in support. It seems to order from them you need to be a master builder yourself so you can ask the right questions. Their contract is one sided and not in your favour. Don’t be fooled by sales service you need to know you will be supported if something goes wrong. I do not recommend

new window replacement
I made appointment for a fitter to come, he didn't turn up, when i phoned to see why, was told i hadn't made appointment, if not how did i know name of person who was coming? he came day after, measuring done ordered window, date and time given, had to ring again as no show, another fitter was taken off a job to do it, he had to ring to get help as window too big to do on his own, halfway through job he said he'd have to order another unit as this one was cracked! i noticed after he'd gone that the wall at side of window was also cracked! I went into showroom and paid all but last hundred pounds, said i'd pay when job done, showed photo's of cracked wall. Two weeks later a different fitter came with new glass, it was fitted in twenty minutes, he also filled in cracks in wall which i'd had to mention as he knew nothing about it even though i'd told the office that it needed doing when they told me glass was in. Needless to say i will not be using visual in the future and definately not recommend them.

Pass the book- BAD Design
Hi
we have had a conservatory revamp and had thought we were emplying a specialist company but now find the reality of what we have:
1) Patio doors too large that cant be hooked back as there isnt enough space on the wall to do so, but do blow around in the wind.
2) Doors have a 5 cm lip which is a HUGE trip hazard on top of the already 25 cm entrance into the room. Did we know that this existed? No, Were we asked about it? No! We have tried to sort this with them and all they do is tell us WE should have considered this when it was designed. Isn't this a consideration for a company who specialises in designing conservatories, to ask about. No instead we are told that the design person is not part of their team, but self employed - passing the buck. Great, do they give a dam - no! Their email to us advised that a local builder could be employed by us to sort it!
Any Mortimer today spoke over me, wasn't interested and didn't care! Pass the parcel, not is problem!
Chose a different company!
