Love the fantastic quality of the Rock Door. Kevin the installer arrived exactly when promised and took time to install the door to a brilliant standard. He was very conscientious.

All staff professional and helpful. Installation went well and ahead of schedule.

Your fitters Gary & Emma were punctual, well mannered, a great team and as tidy as they could be. The only thing that let your company down was two different glass designs fitted in bathroom window, your error (was sorted within a few days though). The Thankyou card was a nice touch but whoever put them in envelope forgot to put in a paper questionnaire, luckily I can send online. Would definitely use your company again and if anyone asks will say your name!!

We were impressed with the reception and advice we received in the show room and the organisation and quality of the work in the build was first class. Very pleased I chose Visual conservatories, from the initial contact I had professionalism all the way. The workmen came when they said they would and worked hard the whole day. Before they went home they made sure everything was clean and tidy. All the trades worked in unison so my conservatory was completed in the time stated and to a very high standard. from the moment we walked into the show room we were not put under any sales pressure, we decided that we wanted an orangery Drury advised us of styles, sizes etc, he carried out an interim visit the next day he was punctual, well mannered and again did not put us under any pressure. when we decided to go ahead with the build he returned and went through the finer details. The surveyor came to measure he was also well mannered and punctual, he explained what would happen in the time scales and advised on design etc. The builders were efficient, well mannered and cleaned up at the end of each day, their workmanship second to none. The electrician was punctual and tidy The Glaziers were efficient, punctual and clean as was the plasterer, the joiner who laid the floor worked efficiently and was also punctual. Overall the service was excellent we were informed each time one section was complete when the next one would start, we would recommend this company and are delighted with our new orangery!!!

Exceptional service from start to finish. Called in showroom and was given price within 5 mins. Steve was not pushy and no hard sell. We were actually only enquiring but were so impressed we followed up day after and placed order. Job completed within three weeks and the fitters were brilliant. it was a pleasure to have tradesmen who took a pride in their work-nothing too much trouble. Everyone who we had dealings with were brilliant. Cannot recommend this company high enough.
