We have had a fantastic orangery built in no time at all. All the tradesmen were professional, polite & super efficient. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a beautiful orangery built that will really enhance their home.

We would highly recommend Visual, for any work you are seeking to undertake – we received excellent service from our initial visit to the showroom, right through to full completion of our Orangery. Prior to instructing our build, we shopped around to look at various other companies in the region, to look at ideas and to gauge prices. The sales person at Visual, Steve, fully understood our requirements and happily talked us through the different options available, to ensure our needs were fully met. Steve was without a doubt the keenest and most knowledgeable person we had met, who within an hour, had prepared full drawings and costings for us – which is something that we’d struggled to obtain from other companies! From then on, we knew that Visual were the company we wanted to complete our build. In terms of the actual build; I’ll be honest and admit that I was expecting a huge mess and a stressful time, but that wasn’t the case! Every single member of staff/contractor was very friendly and professional, they all knew their individual trade, answered any questions we had and completed the work in a timely (and very tidy!) manner. As you would expect, we had a couple of tiny snagging issues post-build. Again, the team at Visual responded very quickly to our calls, arrived on time and as agreed to complete the work, and delivered a high quality service - I cannot fault the work and we are extremely happy with our finished product! The teams arrived at the appointed time to replace the conservatory roof.Whilst one team off loaded the van and sorted the roof sections the other team began removing the old roof.Everyone seemed to know what they were doing without being told.I was surprised how quickly and efficiently the new roof was fitted I am very impressed with the result. The old roof was taken away and the area was cleaned up afterwards to a high standard.

everything about our experience was good. from initial meeting to the end product. all the workmen were punctual, friendly and tried their best to keep the site clean and tied - not always easy in November. I love my Orangery and it only took about 3 weeks from breaking ground to sitting in it. Everything went so smoothly, a good experience from start to finish.

The overall experience and value for money was excellent. Installation was quick and easy, no mess as the installers cleaned up as they went along. Would certainly recommend the company to anyone thinking of purchasing their products

Excellent service from start to finish - very satisfied with finished results. The fitters even resealed one of our old windows for us free of charge :) I'd defintiely recommend the company.

We needed to replace our old leaking back door which was a Barn Door and so opted for a Rock Door Barn Door which is white on the inside and black on the outside. We are very very pleased with our purchase, the Rock Door is brilliant and the service we received both from the surveyor and the fitter was excellent. The fitter was actually a friend of a friend so that was nice, but even so I have to say what an excellent job he made, so punctual, quick, efficient and tidy !! EVERYONE WHO WORKED ON MY CONSERVATORTY WERE PUNCTUAL WELL MANNERED AND FRIENDLY AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE ANY LITTLE SNAGS I HAD WERE PUT RIGHT STRAIGHT AWAY' I AMVERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED RESULT

All the staff that we dealt with were courteous, friendly and helpful. Their advice was much appreciated and acted on. The fitters did an excellent job - not one tile was damaged during the fitting process, much to my delight. I would definitely recommend them to friends and relatives.
