This is the second time I have used the company and once again I'm really happy with the whole service provided, from consultation to installation. From a price point of view the company remains very competitive.

Having never purchased anything that upgrades the house, I was in the dark on what to do.....
From point of enquiry, information and questions were answered very quickly and in detail that helped to make our decision.

From order to fitting was much quicker than expected given the current situation. And this was greatly welcomed.
Updates provided leading up to the start date. And works completed in a few days. Then a follow up just to check everything was okay.

Excellent workmen. Friendly, tidy and worked hard.

Our concept has been turned into an excellent additional room through careful consideration, survey and drawing. The quality of the work from foundations to frame and glass to electrical work to plastering is excellent. Every member of the team whether that was direct employee or sub-contractor has been polite, friendly and professional, and taken extra care of health and safety during the pandemic. We experienced delays to supply of some roof parts though this wasn't all down to Eden. We were disappointed by the lack of communication and the overall project management. At times we were left with no idea of next stages, and had to chase more than I would have expected. This has meant gaps between the various stages of build and completion that could have been smoother and quicker. Not all of this was down to pandemic restrictions. But overall the finished conservatory is excellent, built to high standards of workmanship and quality product including the composite decking to finish off the outside.

Already feeling the benefit of these. Workmen where 1st class, cleaning & hoovering up after themselves each day.Couldn't of wished for a better team of two. I would certainly recommend Eden Window's to people.

Had new windows put in today by two fitters who arrived before breakfast and worked solidly through to mid afternoon to finish the job and the site was left clean.The product is really good and has undoubtedly lifted the look of that part of the house. I would use Eden again in the future.

Although covid did prolong order to installation time, it was 2 weeks after the allotted date as the glass went missing.
