good job

We had a rocky journey with this company. 

Initial contact was fine, sales and quote process was easy and straightforward.  

Due to their contract documents being ambiguous regarding payment however - requiring payment being prior to fitting - matters became more tense.  Unfortunately, the sales manager (“Al”) was absolutely horrific - rude and offensive - and a nightmare to deal with.

We proceeded with the contract as we had little option due to our windows being in the manufacture process already. Had they not been we would have probably cancelled our order due to experience with Al. 

Lee and Ryan were our fitters and were absolutely wonderful.  They are clearly very experienced and their work is of a very high standard. They arrived when they said they would, were tidy and really care about doing a good job.  EXCELLENT!

They absolutely turned around what could have been an awful experience and instead we are delighted with the end result. A HUGE thank you RYAN and LEE!! :)  

Although the rep made an error and I didn’t get the colour door I wanted- which I d it by pick up on as only check figures! I was extremely happy with the end result. The fitters were lovely and were constantly cleaning and friendly. They also didn’t mind my 6 year old asking a million questions. 
Would recommend this company but check all details correctly as what is said is not what is written on forms!

Lee and Ryan did a grand fitting job: meticulous, careful and honest (in pointing out defects/errors). Helped repair the reputation of this industry. But oh dear, the manufacturer, Evolution, were slow on both occasions (like 6 months) in delivering, and delivering correctly. Both times sent wrong handles and forgot window ledge end caps. Still, looks good and worth waiting for. Good office and sales contact.

Used Eden windows many times - very good products- Kevin fitted our sash windows- good standard of workmanship, - left room tidy and took rubbish away - Had to wait some while before fitting after survey, but Eden seem very busy after lockdown.

I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Easy to get a quote and they were not pushy to sell more than i needed. I found the price to be very competitive so wanted to proceed and was kept updated throughout. Even though in lockdown, I felt the service I received and the time i waited from getting the quote to the windows being installed was great. The window installers Jack and Steve were very friendly and completed the job to what looks like a good standard. the windows look like good quality windows. very happy.

The end product looks great and the communication with Ryan throughout the build process was very good, but other areas of communication and punctuality regarding other trades doing their part could have been better. We found the manners of most of the staff to be particularly good. One area in particular that could be improved was communication with the plumber for the radiator installation. Regarding the workmanship, in general, it was good, but we had a slight issue with the level of the concrete base when fitting our laminate flooring afterwards. Issues during the build was resolved well and the aftercare service to date has been fantastic. This 10-year guarantee gives us a lot of confidence going forwards. Overall, we would recommend Eden as they come across as an honest and hardworking company.

Overall experience very good in the current difficult climate. Just one or two problems and delays, as well as the initial supply of the wrong doorknocker, also the time constraint on the two excellent installers was such that I had subsequently to clear a large number of screws from my driveway - these could have caused expensive damage to vehicles/

Dismayed that broken glass and various other bits left inside and outside the porch from when they took our the old windows and door.

Arrived 6 hours later than stated, no apology from person I spoke to but other staff brilliant.
