We went with Eden windows as recommended by the company installing a new kitchen for us and are so glad we did. The whole team were great start to finish from Graham in sales who made sure we understood our choices and the safety implications, the surveyor (I think called Steve) who had a look and measured up etc, Dan at the Gillingham site who quickly dealt with some paperwork issues and Ryan and Lee who installed both sets of doors. They worked efficiently together and were very clear about what to expect and great at cleaning up after, they also ensured we knew about door/ lock care for our new doors. When we get to the point of needing to replace windows we will not hesitate to contact Eden.

Really pleased with my new conservatory and porch replacements. Its always a bit worrying when having work done on your property by a company you haven't dealt with before, as you never quite know what you are going to get. But I have to say everyone I met from Eden were just really nice people, and a pleasure to have working on the house, from the surveyors, electrician, plasterer, etc, and particularly the main two fitters who took extra trouble to do a quality job. On some days extra hands were drafted in as required, and everything seemed well organised by the installation team. I even needed to do some work on the house myself while the work was going on, of which they were very accommodating and helpful. All in all a really good experience. Thank you Eden Windows.

Lee and Ryan came round and replaced our front door for us. They were meticulous in the way they approached the task and did an excellent job for us. I kept them topped up with tea and thankfully the weather was kind so everything went really well.
I have a feeling that the finish these guys created is a mark of their professionalism and I would like to thank them for their work.

From consultation, to quote, installation and electrics everything was completed on time, on budget and on spec and I am delighted with my new conservatory. Over the last three days Lee and Ryan from Eden windows have fitted 7 windows, a front door and its surrounding glass windows and will be coming back to fit my porch doors (not available just yet).

They arrived on time at 9am, worked continually throughout the day not leaving before 6pm each day.

They paid attention to detail and didn't mind me asking questions. They even left the house tidier then when they arrived and didn't complain about having to work around two bed frames.

I am really pleased with the fitting and the service I have received and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Today had a new Solidoor Front Door and side window installed. The quote was a fare price and clearly explained with agreements in place to protect both the customer and their company.
From beginning to end a simple process.
Clear estimate. The Fitters, Martin and David were very polite, gave me the options on different trims. Gave clear instructions on door locking mechanism. Tidied up well on completion.
Only comment. Why not give the guys working Company logo'd overalls/jacket or sweat tops. It would add that little bit extra in company appearance.

Lee and Ryan removed a window, knocked out wall below and fitted New French Doors. Excellent service - efficient, timely and causing minimum disruption. The whole experience was quicker and cleaner than I expected and the fitters were pleasant, courteous and professional. Job looks great. Have used Eden several times before and would certainly use again.

Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Lee and Ryan from Eden Windows. They took out the old door, side window and brickwork and installed beautiful French doors. They were both very pleasant gentleman and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards.
I would definitely use Eden Windows again for further installations.
