Installation mishap, Tradesman damaged door. There was poor follow up on issue, I had to chase for information on rectification. Customer service could be improved.

Very pleased with Eden Windows. They gave us confidence that they would deliver to a high standard. There was minimal disruption whilst works were on-going, and we are very pleased with the conservatory.

Although there were some problems with the install...
Although there were some problems with the install of the windows and doors due to a failed Angle Iron and due to miss comunications between the sales person and the team, but this was sorted out very quickly and profesionally.
There were some other problems but these were also fixed by the support team.
I was very happy fitters and service engineers that visted to fit and resolve the issues with the windows and doors and went out of there way to make sure everything was done correctly.

Eden Windows were one of a number of outlets/supplies we approached for French doors and a set of bifold doors. The initial contact with Mark and Stewart was very positive and reassuring, giving them a lead over the three other firms we asked for quotes. Eden's flexibility and interest in meeting our requirements were demonstrated in three areas: in product price; rearranging fitting at short notice; and making an adjustment to the bifold doors during fitting. All in all, one of the most professional traders/fitters I've dealt with. I'm delighted with a high quality product, supplied through excellent customer service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Windows to friends and family.

Once we paid for the conservatory the service went...
Once we paid for the conservatory the service went down hill. The service after this was disgusting. Communication was shocking, additional work was added on throughout the build which should have been identified at the beginning of the work. would never recommend Eden windows.
