We moved into our house in April 2014 one of its selling points was the open space between the large kitchen and conservatory. There were no doors between them, which I loved as the area was seamless. This was ok in the spring and summer last year.. but pretty cold this winter. I didnt want the floor to have a threshhold and I wanted the doors to fold right back to maintain the seamless view when doors were open. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for all of the staff who helped me achieve exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the overal result of my French doors I find I stand and admire them throughout the day,and so do visitors. Had front door installed. Did not return call when they said they would. Did not respond to email until phoned about it. Promised Saturday installation even after being advised of date we could not do. When questioned about installation date were told they don't do Saturdays, then changed story to every other Saturday, and couldn't do any of the ones we were available for.

Our fitter, Paul, was an absolute gentleman who took great pride in his work. He was punctual, tidy, and completed the job within the specified time. There was very little upheaval during the fitting which I was pleasantly surprised by. The windows themselves look great and we are very happy with our dealings with Eden. Highly recommended.
