Overall, my wife and I are very pleased with the quality of the products and with the fitters and their work. Apart from the first day, when nobody from the office rang to tell us what time the installers would arrive, everything went smoothly; Martin and Dave were punctual, carried out all of the work to a high standard and tidied up as they completed each job (two new windows and two new French Doors).
Two small niggles:-
It would have beeen very helpful if somebody had phoned on the first morning to let us know what time the fitters were aiming to get here.
Why do the (white) windows and French Doors have to have a black plastic inner seal? It would look much nicer (in my opinion) if everything were in white.

Post installation issues handled appallingly. Office support staff lack leadership and customer service focused professionalism. Whilst a failed locking mechanism cannot be the fault of the firm, the initial refusal to replace the additional keys that were purchased with the upgraded lock at the time of ordering can most certainly be put down to a lack of after sales commitment. The final offer to replace the keys after much 'discussion' was on a "when we next order from Solidor which might be in 1 month or 3 months time, we don't really know". Ended up purchasing yet more keys from an alternative source. Shocking. Simply won't use the firm again as a result.

The fitters were awful, they took no pride in their work what so ever. Workmanship was very poor. I took photos as evidence if ever needed. The roof was poorly fitted and your Brian Oxley had to refit parts of the roof.

Quality of work very good, however lack of communication and co-ordination of workmen resulted in installation taking 6 weeks.

Once we paid for the conservatory the service went down hill. The service after this was disgusting. Communication was shocking, additional work was added on throughout the build which should have been identified at the beginning of the work. would never recommend Eden windows.
