On the communications side of things it would have been better if head office could have informed us that the fitters had to go and finish a job from the previous day.

Dear Director, I am writing on behalf of the membership of Rainham Christian Fellowship to give our thanks to your wonderful team at Eden Windows. We have recently had doors and windows installed in our church extension and the church members are very pleased with the installation and would also like to thank the fitters for being very neat and tidy. We only had one minor issue with a door handle and this is being replaced very soon. The whole process has been very smooth from start to finish. The Building committee and especially Neil Hamill would like to extend special thanks to Stewart, Ryan and Richard for being so very attentive and helpful with all our queries and questions during the process. We also want to thank Eden as a company for being so patient with us as we realise that the decision making process in the church is very slow, but we need a methodical process in order to ensure that we fully comply with the charities commission regulations. Thank you again to all your staff at Eden.

Eden Windows did a magnificent job on our extension. We are thrilled with the results. All work carried out was to a very high spec. and the various teams from the designing, building, electrical and plastering were exceptional. It was a pleasure having the workmen in our house during the build and we couldn’t fault their commitment and workmanship. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

We can't recommend Eden too highly, Very professional, everyone took great care to get it right and took a real pride in their work. The price had gone up a lot since last year but the product is good, especially how you have refined the design of the glazing bars.
