Very good service from start to finish. No high pressure selling. The fitters did an excellent job and nothing was too much trouble. They quickly and efficiently rectified a couple of small problems and we are thrilled with our lantern roof and new door and window. Exceeded our expectations.

From the very start of the process, which can normally be the worse bit. The Eden rep was very pleasant and professional, he came in did his pitch and gave us a good price, we obviously had a little haggle, but it was all light hearted and we eventually agreed on a price I was happy with. We had been visited by a couple of other reps during this process and they were far more pushy and in the case of Safestyle, damn rude! Top marks for Eden though.



During the ordering and manufacturing stage, we were always kept informed as to what was happening, what (if anything) we needed to do and the whole process was very smooth and easy.

Installation... best guys ever! So polite and professional, they clearly had a lot of experience and it showed! The finished product was of high quality and this was complimented by them being installed brilliantly! Very clean and tidy, I have nothing but praise for these guys, they are an asset to Eden.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend Eden to anyone, don't go with the big national guys who don't really care about you, stick local and go with Eden, they really care about their work, you will not regret it!

Very efficient, fast and clean installation.

I have just had a new Solidor kitchen door fitted along with a new triple glazed kitchen window. The installed products are of excellent quality and aesthetically very pleasing. They were professionally installed and look fantastic; I now want the remaining old, poor quality UPVC windows that I inherited when I bought my new home updated with the same products.

Additionally, the initial salesman (Mel?) was polite and helpful without being at all pushy (Unfortunately I have had several poor experiences of pushy double glazing salesmen over the years...).

Based on my experience I would be pleased to reccomend Eden Windows to anyone thinking about such an investment in their home.
