The build was fantastic. However, from roof/window fitment onwards we had problems with workmanship. But it was sorted out eventually.

Only had a problem with one window shutting, they came out straight away and adjusted the catch and it was all perfect, excellent service all round

The final finished project was very good, but...
The final finished project was very good, but there was a few misunderstandings between the different tradespeople. Also the floor was not done very well due to a misinterpretation of requirements to have our kitchen and conservatory floor flush. A work around was found but it would not have been necessary if the conservatory door was a few cm higher.

Slight delay in fitting windows, but kept me fully informed of delays and kept to rearranged date. Even sorted out a problem with some previous patio doors free of charge. Excellent service
