Installation process would benefit from regular quality control. Pre-installation could benefit from quality control on products before leaving warehouse.

Product was excellent. But overall service let 5 Star down. Customer service was poor only when the manger got involved did we get satisfaction.

This was the second time I'd used 5 Star, they'd previously replaced all the single glazed windows and doors. Following a small extension about 5 years ago, where the builder (no longer in business) had fitted a set of bi-folding doors from an unknown source and which have been nothing but a problem since fitted I decided to have them replaced. 5 Star were quick to respond and provided helpful advice etc. They fitted a set of sliding doors very quickly and efficiently. The doors are of high quality as are the handles etc. A job well done. I'd have no problem in recommending them.
