Communication awful. I made calls promised return calls, waiting at home no return calls. At the start I was told that the Conservatory was told the conservatory was to be taken down. Bad advisors.

Very pleased with our new door, communication with ourselves regarding fitting date was not the best as luckily a family member works for the company and was carrying out the work for us otherwise we wouldn’t have known that they had changed the fitting date to the following day than has been discussed. Good quality product and excellent fitting service

Existing conservatory was being replaced.
Either measurements of existing base were done wrong by architect, or it was manufactured to wrong size, as fitters had to do some modifications in order for it to fit together. One side of conservatory also not made to original design, although we have accepted it as doesn't spoil the look.
Fitters arrived but missing several parts/fittings, making an expected 3 days into 5 days with the revisits with correct parts.
Suspect some of this was poor communication back at head office, together with not all the required parts put in the packs for fitters to bring.
Fitters themselves did a sterling job in recovering the situation, so that we are happy with the final product on the whole, albeit with a couple of fittings that cheapen the look of what should be a quality product for the price.
Unfortunately therefore cannot give the best review I would have liked to do.

What can I say! 8 months late completing...
What can I say! 8 months late completing installation. Category of errors too long to list here and I don't have the energy. Thank goodness Darren got involved in the end and we eventualy completed the project. I expected far far better. Dissapointed. I can only hope lessons have been learnt and changes implemented to prevent such poor service to other customers.

The communication and organization from the staff...
The communication and organization from the staff which are office based is appalling with the exception of Julie at 5 star who on every occasion saved the day.
The builders,fitters,glaziers,plasterers and electricians are what give 5 Star a super reputation the superb quality and workmanship from the guy's who did our conservatory was excellent and can't be faulted.
