    Dreadful internal organisation let the company...

    Dreadful internal organisation let the company down although it was rescued somewhat by the attitude and application of the fitters our overall experience was not good. We got there in the end but what a struggle.

    A slow start getting from design to installation...

    A slow start getting from design to installation company having better contacts with plumbers to move boiler flus etc would help. All installation teams friendly, hardworking, helpful. Final products are good and quick to resolve any issues. Price fair but 'sale' did not appear to be genuine.

    I could recommend the products to a friend but would be concerned about lack of respect for your home as in covering furniture and clearing up after their days work.
