Phone contact was rubbish. Promised to get back to you, but didn't. Didn't come back and plaster for three weeks. Which we had to sort out.

A bit disappointed with communication at beginning of project when awaiting plans and people kept coming to measure (which made us a little uneasy). However, once the the project began the workman were really good and kept us well informed. The end result is lovely and made such a difference to the room - could not believe how warm the room is now.

The salesman gave us good advice about layout and construction and worked with us to get the best design for our project. The project started on time but there was a delay between the initial footings being constructed and the rest of the construction which was not in line with the program. We found it necessary to chase this up as no explanation was forthcoming. However once construction restarted a firm schedule was given and adhered to. Any issues we had were quickly dealt with in a very professional manner. All the workmen were very considerate and tidy and overall we are delighted with the finished build.

5 Star Windows & Conservatories are Top Class !

We had our conservatory roof replaced August 2020. Really happy with the end result and the fitters were excellent; their punctuality, manners, and workmanship was excellent. Our roof was quite a complex job because the conservatory is attached to a bay so the roof had to be designed and fitted to a curved wall. The communication from administration before and after installation let them down. After paying our deposit there was a long time without any communication. As this was at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic we were worried that they may have ceased trading. After chasing them several times we did receive contact and were relieved that they were still operating. Communication during installation was very good. We were not totally happy with the plasterer; punctuality, workmanship and end result were not to the same standard as the rest of the project. And again we were let down by communication as a complaint I put in writing about the standard of work by the plasterer was not acknowledged. I know my letter of complaint was received because I received an item I had requested by return post.
