The end product for all the work that was completed is excellent and we are very happy with all the work that was completed. Clearly the quality and suitability of the products are very important and again we are very pleased with all the windows, doors and paint work. We still, on leaving our house, turn round and admire the splendid end product.

We initially experienced difficulties with locking and unlocking doors and with windows blowing further open overnight but your staff have been first class in making necessary adjustments and explaining to us what we need to do.
The overall completion of the work took more time than originally intended. The weather takes some of the blame but there were some mistakes made when planning the shape of some of the windows. and as a consequence some of the windows needed to be remade. That mistake apart we were delighted with the skills of your work force. When you are spending a lot of time with new people in your home and particularly at a time when the virus is presenting new challenges, the characteristics of your workforce are important. All the staff who passed through were very skillful and they responded very helpfully to our questions and requests. They were excellent in the way they managed their work and their time in someone elses home. You ask about the key elements we like. Hopefully above, we have described many aspects of the work but ultimately it is all about the end product and we both love that.

Terrible communication, rarely returned calls.
Parts missing, brickwork incorrect, frame did not fit brickwork, glass did not fit frame
work started on 2/7/20 and completed 21/1/21
so I left was boarded up with ply for 5 months with poor security and major heat loss.
kitchen flooded during heavy rain.
Generally shoddy work, as a single pensioner I didn't feel like a valued customer.
In their favour, Bi-fold doors are very good and invoices were super prompt.

Excellent value for money products. Sales and Fitting  were first class ,but Back Office need to improve in relation to efficiency and communication.

My only criticism would be that communication between us & 5 Star was not always easy.

I found 5 Star extremely good to deal with. They produced a range of designs based on discussions we had with their designer. The build quality is excellent and our new conservatory is our favourite place to sit and relax. Would highly recommend them if your looking for a conservatory.

Very good, big improvement. Cleaning on completion was rubbish and organisation not great.

Excellent build quality, on time and in full. Special mention to the electrician who did extra work to make existing electrics safe.
