    Brilliant from initial contact in showroom; visit at home; surveyor; communication; dismantling old conservator and erect new. polite, punctual, tidy...... and great value for money!!!!!!!

    Disappointed that 'Graphite' handles...

    Disappointed that 'Graphite' handles were not available for the patio door. Otherwise very good.

    The project was the replacement of an old bedroom...

    The project was the replacement of an old bedroom window with a new one. The Sales Advisor was really helpful, came to see us out of hours, so we could fit the appointment around work, which was really appreciated. She was very helpful, gave us a good price and the work was carried out and completed very quickly (despite lockdown getting in the way!). Communication was as good as ever and we're very pleased with the final result. Would highly recommend (and have done!) 5 Star Windows & Conservatories.
